Review: Tales from the Dark Multiverse: Death of Superman

Continuing the week of Reviews From the Dark Multiverse, we focus on a darker alternate take on the Death of Superman!

 

In this version, instead of being hit by despair and depression, Lois Lane was hit with grief and anger after her love’s death? What if, in addition to this, the eradicator joined its powers with hers to act upon her grief?

 

What we get is a very dark tale as Lois does all the things Superman never would do! She crosses lines and doesn’t hold back! By the end, let’s just say the Cyborg Superman doesn’t have to bother drenching the S-Symbol with blood… Lois did enough of that already!

 

This is a fascinating tale that, like the others we’ll be going over the coming days, reaches a depressing ending. But it’s how we get there that makes it worth it! Check it out:
