In this episode of ‘Editor and the Alien’, Kat and Ishi review the controversial 1997 anime, PERFECT BLUE, a psychological horror-thriller directed by Satoshi Kon and written by Sadayuki Murai and based on the novel by Yoshikazu Takeuchi. It’s what some might consider a “gateway-title” into anime for more serious viewers. Strap in, this one is going to be weird.
