Why Andrew Garfield & Tobey Maguire Snuck Into a Premiere of No Way Home

If you saw Spider-Man: No Way Home on opening night then there is a chance you might have been sharing a theater with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. The two previous Spider-Men snuck into a theater to see the audience reaction to the new film.

Garfield told Entertainment Tonight: “I snuck into a theater on opening night and just watched with my baseball cap on and my mask. I was also with Tobey, me and Tobey snuck into a theater together and no one knew we were there. It was just a really beautiful thing to share together. And to find a brotherhood with Tobey as well, and with Tom [Holland], and the fact that we do share a very unique experience.”

Unlike both Maguire and Holland, Garfield only got two films to play the role of Peter Parker, so his appearance in this MCU film is a bit of a redemption arc for his character and fans have reacted positively to his appearance.
