Shock Video: Disney Exec Admits They Discriminate Against “White Males”

 

Gonzo journalist James O’Keefe secretly videotaped a Walt Disney Company executive stating that the studio discriminates against white males in both its casting and in its corporate hiring. In a hidden camera interview published by O’Keefe Media Group, a Disney TV executive identified as Michael Giordano stated that the studio may occasionally openly indicate that white guys will not be considered for specific roles.

 

Giordano is a senior vice president of Disney-owned 20th Century Television. In a post on X, O’Keefe said “Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company details discriminatory hiring practices (watch):

 

 

“Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they’re not considering any white males for the job,” says Michael Giordano, a Vice President of Business affairs, “there’s no way we’re hiring a white male.” Giordano reveals Disney uses “code words and buzzwords” to avoid legal action and even mentions a candidate being rejected for not looking black enough. Giordano also admits Disney gives bonuses to executives for practicing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), agreeing that “diversity helps with financial incentives.”

 

In the video above, Giordano also claims he’s also been denied promotions due to his race, saying that “as far as Disney’s concerned, I’m a white male. And that’s not who they’re looking to promote at the moment.” He later alleges that Disney turned down one half-black candidate for a gig because he didn’t appear to be black enough, adding that “it feels like that, at some point, there’s going to be a lawsuit,” mentioning that Disney frequently uses euphemisms to avoid accountability.

 

After the video dropped, Disney’s Senior VP Michael Giordano featured in the video deleted his LinkedIn page.

 

 

Ever since Disney adopted diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core corporate principle, their content and quality have suffered. The company is currently facing a federal civil rights case charging that its DEI practices violate the law and discriminate against white American males, as well as Christians and Jews. The civil rights case was filed back in February. That same month, Elon Musk disclosed leaked internal Disney documents revealing that diversity quotas are being enforced throughout the firm.

 

 

That same month, actress Gina Carano filed her complaint against Lucasfilm and The Walt Disney Company, claiming that the company discriminated against her because she is a conservative when she was sacked from The Mandalorian in 2021. “My words were consistently twisted to demonize & dehumanize me as an alt right wing extremist,” she said. “It was a bullying smear campaign aimed at silencing, destroying & making an example out of me.”
