Creator Marv Wolfman Co-Writing Crisis on Infinite Earths Episode

In a bit of good news about CW’s Crisis on Infinite Earth, earlier this week at the Television Critics Association press tour, Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim was discussing the coming and much-anticipated crossover for The CW DC heroes ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’, and he threw out a little nugget of cosmic proportions: Marv Wolfman will be co-writing the involved Arrow episode with him.

Wolfman, who not only reinvigorated Teen Titans with legendary artist George Pérez , for DC but also penned the acclaimed horror series Tomb of Dracula for Marvel with Gene Colan & Tom Palmer, authored the Crisis on Infinite Earths comics limited series. This source material for the TV crossover first rebooted DC’s comic book continuity to combine multiple disparate timelines into one combined history.

The five-part “Crisis On Infinite Earths” kicks off with Supergirl on December 8, followed by Batwoman December 9, The Flash on December 10, and concluding with Arrow (the episode co-written by Wolfman) and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on January 14, 2020.
