Paramount has slated March 31, 2023 for another A Quiet Place movie, but this isn’t a third film from John Krasinski, but rather a spinoff film being written and directed by Jeff Nichols (Mud). Deadline is reporting that this film is based on an idea by Krasinski that is in very early development that will broaden the post-apocalyptic world introduced in the first two films.
A Quiet Place II opened last weekend and took in $57 million domestically over the four-day weekend and is running about 3% ahead of A Quiet Place for the same amount of time.
