Crime Spree: Flash Star Ezra Miller Charged With Felony Burglary

Vermont State Police have officially charged Ezra Miller with felony burglary, escalating the bizarre situation the actor has been putting himself and Warner Bros. in by committing a series of bizarre and multiple crimes over the span of the last several months.

“According to the police report, Vermont State Police were notified of a burglary complaint from a residence in Stamford at 5:55 p.m. on May 1,” Variety reports. “Police found that several bottles of alcohol were taken from the residence while the homeowners were not present.” After reviewing witness testimony and camera footage, the police later determined there was sufficient evidence to indict Ezra Miller. He was subsequently given a citation and told to show up in court on September 26 for his arraignment.

Ezra Miller has had a very difficult few months, starting with his arrest for assault and disorderly behavior in Hawaii. Since then, he has been charged with harassing a 12-year-old child, lodging a mother and her three children on a farm where drugs were being grown, grooming a 12-year-old girl, and now cult-like behavior.

In July, more charges from a former friend who claims he harassed her in Germany came to light, and a lady who Ezra was seen choking in Iceland publicly came forward and claimed Miller turned her joke into a physical altercation. The alleged incident in Germany took place in February of this year while Miller was there with his companion, who has only been given the name Nadia. According to Nadia, Miller grew enraged after she requested him to quit smoking in her apartment.

Incidentally, the unidentified woman’s comments were heavily altered by Variety at the time of publication in order to reflect Miller’s decision to identify as non-binary using they/them pronouns, making Variety’s reporting confusing, difficult to follow, and ridiculous. Meanwhile Warner Bros. still claims it has no plans to postpone Miller’s upcoming movie The Flash because of the enormous costs, which would undoubtedly put the studio in a tight position given that it cancelled both the upcoming Batgirl movie despite it having already been finished, and the planned Supergirl project.

Online activists have decried those cancellations in light of them keeping the one with the “criminal while male” still on the calendar.

I'm not as much of a "CoMiCs NeEd MoAr DiVeRsItY & iNcLuSiOn" advocate as my girlfriend often is, but we both love funny books, crispy bacon, straight bourbon and hip hop. Add yet, we never vote the same, so we cancel each other out... and that works perfectly in my book!
