The first full trailer for the Monster Hunter film arrived on Wednesday, teasing a story about a band of soldiers accidentally transported to a parallel universe full of Diablos, Rathalos, and the warriors who hunt them. Think Stargate, but with more dragons. 

Monster Hunter is set to release on December 30th. Contrary to other films, this new release date actually marks a shift up from the previous release date of April 23, 2021.
