Molly’s Game

Molly’s Game was released in 2017 and was based on the memoir of Molly Bloom. The premise of the film is something that hasn’t been seen before, as the FBI aimed an investigation at the underground poker empire that Molly was running for some of the biggest figures in Hollywood, sport and business.

Jessica Chastain plays the lead role in the film, with critics claiming that it was the best performance of her career. Her portrayal also led to a nomination for Best Actress at the Golden Globes. Idris Elba and Kevin Costner were also in the film, and they also gained positive feedback from critics.



Casino is still regarded as one of the best films that has ever been made. It stars Roberto De Niro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone. De Niro plays the main role in the film, with his character being called Sam. Sam is tasked with overseeing the operations within the casino and works closely with Pesci’s character Nicky Santoro.

The film shows the troubles that Sam goes through in his personal life as he tries to maintain his work-life balance, while also taking into account the Mafia’s involvement in the ever-changed Las Vegas landscape. Casino Royale

There isn’t a much cooler sight than seeing James Bond stroll into a casino, and fans got a glimpse of that in Daniel Craig’s first outing as 007 in 2006’s Casino Royale. Bond comes up against the villain in a high-stakes game of poker in Montenegro.
