Continuing with our Expendables movie marathon, Ingrid and I move on to The Expendables 2! This movie is definitely an improvement AND (spoiler alert) the best of the trilogy. The films again starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and brings in Jean-Claude Van Damme, Terry Crews, and Liam Hemsworth, we get an even bigger action packed adventure!

With the exception of Jet li (his role is very minimal) this installment continues adventure of the Expendables and this time around, they’re hired to deal with Jean Vilain (Jean-Claude Van Damme) who is en-route to finding a secret Soviet stockade of Plutonium! Along for the ride we get Chuck Norris as well as Schwarzenegger and Willis in much larger roles! The stakes are raised in this installment as Liam Hemsworth becomes the sacrificial lamb and that makes it personal!

This film is almost all action with very little slow down, and what we get is incredible! The characterizations are spot-on and everyone gets zingers and moments to shine! Even the final fight between Sly and Van Damme is intense! All the actors are clearly having a blast as well! Ingrid and I have more to talk about, so come and see us gush about this action fest!
