Well, skipping Batman Thrillkiller for another day (Long story), I’ve skipped to the last from my Batman Elseworlds online poll. Batman & Demon: A Tragedy which asks us the big question…What if Bruce Wayne was the host of the demon Etrigan? Now that’s a very interesting idea, and what we get…is more of a ‘The Demon’ story with Batman characters in it than it is a Batman story, but it still plays things off smartly and creatively. Alan Grant and Jim Murray tell a gripping story that, well, lets just say that the subtitle isn’t hyperbole…!
