On new comic book day I couldn’t WAIT for Martian Manhunter #1, as he has always been one of my favorite characters.
Looking into this book, it has to be one of the WORST I have read in years. The plot is very off, and not well executed, and the art is atrocious.
On top of reviewing Martian Manhunter #1, I also go over an interview from Polygon with Steve Orlando addressing his take on the character and him adding his own spin including “queer undertones”.
