This couldn’t come at a better time. Apparently, back in December of 2019, Justin Garrison who used to work for Walt Disney Animation Studios, attempted to place an ad for “non-white, non–male engineering managers.”

That tweet has since been deleted, but Justin explains the fallout from that.

So the big question here is, why isn’t this Disney policy being enforced with Lucasfilm notables who openly publish racist comments against white people day in and day out?
